THE CHALLENGE

Bring the field
and office together.

Recording work on site is only part of the job. Locations, photos, service depths and project details also need to become useful information back in the office.

The ADLOC project connects those steps in one platform, giving the team a consistent way to capture site information and prepare reports.

Details at the source.

Record potholes, service information, coordinates and photos against the right project.

02 / CONNECT

FOCUSWebsite / Booking journeys
DESIGNA distinct identity, carried through every page.

A distinctive South Australian brand brought into a website experience, with clear pathways for visitors to explore range experiences and bookings.

A clear route through a varied business

The Gunnery combines a strong brand identity with a range of visitor interests. The website project gives those interests a clearer structure, helping people understand the available experiences and find the relevant information. The presentation uses the supplied brand and project imagery while keeping the page hierarchy focused on the visitor’s next decision.

Booking journeys need more than a prominent button. Visitors need to understand which experience they are considering, the information required to proceed and what happens after they submit a booking. The project brings those steps into a consistent interface, with administration considered alongside the public pages.

DESIGNA distinct identity, carried through every page.

A welcoming coach-tour website with destination discovery, trip information, pickup points and booking journeys, carrying Ash and Nat’s distinctive branding throughout.

A travel website with its own personality

Haynes Odyssey’s website is shaped around discovering a day out and understanding how to join it. Destinations, trip details and pickup information need to be easy to browse, while the visual identity carries the warmth and character of Ash and Nat’s brand. The supplied coach artwork and familiar mascots help connect that identity across the experience.

The wider project includes trip management and booking workflows so the public information can be supported by an administrative process. Different dates and pickup arrangements create different information needs; the design gives those details a clear place rather than relying on visitors to piece them together from unrelated pages.

ADLOC / CONNECTED FIELD WORK

From individual records to useful reports.

Keeping project information together

Field information has greater value when its context is retained. A location, photograph or depth measurement needs to remain connected to the appropriate project and recorded service. The ADLOC application brings those records into a shared workflow, helping the team build a clearer picture of what has been captured on site.

The project also includes service mapping and report preparation. These functions connect the capture process with the information that needs to be reviewed and shared. The client-reported reduction in report-writing time relates to this particular project; the broader design lesson is to understand the full journey from data entry to the finished output.
